Uploading and Tracking your document:
1. Documents must be in softcopy, PDF file or JPEG preferably.
2. All documents (via this web or walk-in) will be received by the Office of the General Manager, who in turn, forwards it to the concerned Office of the Assistant General Managers/ Department/ Division units, including the Office of the Board of Directors.
3. Fill-up Document Details (Step 1), Document Recipient Details (Step 2) and Sender Details (Step 3).
4. The DMS produces an Acknowledgement Receipt (Step 4).
5. The Acknowledgement Receipt has a Document Reference No. & QR Code, for tracking purposes.
6. If you wish to make a follow-up, call (032) 254 8434, connect to desired office unit.
7. The DMS’ receiver & sender will receive a notification via Short Message Service (SMS). So please furnish us your mobile number (Step 3).
